About the Item
Striking design & excellent quality Dutch Arts & Crafts table with a wonderful patina.
If you are a collector of beautifully handcrafted and stylish pieces from the Arts & Crafts era then you will love this straight lined table. It was designed by P.E.L.Izeren (1886-1943) and hand-crafted by Genneper Molen. In our view no style in the world comes closer to the American Mission style than the Dutch Arts and Crafts Style. This perfectly designed and top quality made little table of solid tiger oak is another piece that seems to confirm our view on this. The subtle, but highly stylish, geometrical elements of coromandel hardwood also give this table a slightly more modernist look. For a table that was made in the 1910s one can certainly say that this is a timeless piece, because its modernist design will look great in an Arts and Crafts, in an Art Deco, in certain mid-century, but also in contemporary interiors. In fact, we are certain it will look marvelous no matter where you decide to place it.
