Early 18th Century Regence Period Side Table with One Drawer

About

A wonderfully proportioned table with a drawer, from the Lombardy region of Italy. The goat foot detail on the soft cabriolet leg is reminiscent of the elaborate carved and gilded consoles of the same period. The finish is original and has only been French polished. There are repairs visible on the top.
