French Hand Painted Side Table Early 20th Century Folk Art

Vintage Folk Art hand-painted table C1940s France. Charming French wooden side table beautifully decorated with a floral arrangement. A lovely example of early 20th century French 'Arte Populaire', perfect as a side table next to an armchair, a nightstand between twin beds or as a pretty stand-alone piece. Unusually this table has two drawers, one front-facing and another at the back which could serve as a 'secret' compartment if the table were to be placed against a wall. In good vintage condition, sound and solid, with minor wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: Height: 43.5 cm/ 17.12 in. Width: 55 cm/ 21.65 in. Depth: 35 m/ 13.77 in.
