Mid-Century ‘Guitar Pick’ Side Table by Poul Jensen for Selig

About the Item

Mid-century ‘guitar pick’ single side table. Designed by Poul Jensen for Selig. Made in Denmark, circa 1960s. The tabletop is made from teak wood in a rich warm tone. The shape of the tabletop is in the shape of a guitar pick or triangle. The sides have a very subtle raised lip adding a little extra design element. Nice surface area for a lamp or sculpture. There is a secondary lower level featuring the same triangular shape made from woven cane. The secondary level adds storage potential for magazines or small items and adds lovely texture. Supported by three teak tapered legs. In overall great vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use. Dimensions: 26.5” W x 26” D x 17.5” H
