Rare Georgian Side Table, Mahogany & Satinwood Inlay, Circa 1760

Rare English Georgian side table, circa 1760. Fabulous 18th century side table, an example of Hepplewhite period elegance. This rare side table is crafted in superb quality with crossbanding and stringing around the edge of the top and down the outside edge of the slender tapered legs. The finely shaped apron holds a pair of drawers, fitted with the original brass swan neck handles. This piece is in remarkably good original condition with a rich and lustrous original patina. Few small pieces of veneer are missing. Measurements: W 30” x H 29” x D 15 ¾” Weight: ca. 10 lbs.
