$3,630 / item - Low Tables Triptych in Bronze by Eric GizardBy Éric GizardLocated in MONTROZIER, FRFrom those three side tables, 560 millions of years are contemplating us. Done in Bronze by a "Living Heritage Company" workshop, each table sculpted represents a Dickinsonia fossil in patina bronze. This triptych of stacking tables is coming from the depth of History. This handcrafted side tables made in France is patined in black. Each stacking table is signed and numbered. "One day, I found a piece of apple tree branch. Its elegant, simple and natural form gave me the idea to keep it and paint it black to give it a more dramatic side and why not to enter in a curiosity cabinet. For a long time I looked at this tree branch and told myself thta someday I will do something with it. My meeting and exchanges with Fanny and Léandre Carbonneaux and their knowledge of the know how made me want to complete my idea. We agreed on the shape and the bronze became the ideal material. That’s how the Bronze Sauvage (Wilde Bronze ») collection was born and how Plumbum decided to edit it. From dreams to reality, a pedestal table, a lamp, two cosy objects, signed and numbered that will live next to you and will illuminate your dreams" Éric Gizard. Eric Gizard was a Andrée Putman collaborator and is well known for his poetic work. Bronze Sauvage collection gathers a lamp, a simple low table and a group of three stacking tables triptych. The three pieces of this triptych can be sold separately, see Dickinsonia tables...Category
