Børge Mogensen Hunting Table in Teak and Oak for Soborg Mobelfabrik, Denmark

About the Item

Hunting table designed by Børge Mogensen for Søborg Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1950s. The solid oak frame and teak veneer tabletop are in very good condition with light signs of use. Lightly cleaned to preserve the warm wood grain and patina. Ideal for desk or dining table in small dining rooms. Børge Mogensen was a master at creating designs with a perfect balance of proportions, allowing his designs to excel in understated aesthetics and timeless simplicity, without compromising on quality and functionality. This hunting table is a beautiful example of that. The sturdy, rectangular tabletop is supported by corner brackets with brass screws. This is not only functional but also visually appealing.
