Napoleon III, rare and attractive French butcher table from the mid-19th century. Scrolled forged iron legs highlighted by brass finials and turnings on each of the three crossbars. Nice cast iron frieze Decor on three sides to enhance the one inch thick original white Carrara marble top. Traces of red lacquer on the legs, reminiscence of the color chosen by the butchers for the meat display.
