A Swedish burled alder wood pedestal table with tilt-top from the late 19th century. This antique table from Sweden features a round-shaped tilt top with a wonderful burled alder veneer, which rests upon a nicely turned central column (in contrasting black color) that terminates into a raised tripod base which gently cascade downward onto onto pad style feet. This 19th century Swedish pedestal table, just shy of 3 feet in diameter, would make a beautiful accent table in a living room, or floated as a center table.
