Pair of Art Nouveau Ceramic Tiles, circa 1890s

$2,200per set

This pair of English ceramic tiles each depicting a beautiful maiden blowing on what it seems to be dandelions are framed in their original frames and date to the end of 19th century. We have not opened the back to see if there are any marking on the back of the tile. The colors, crazing on the ceramic and the workmanship of these beautiful and rare tiles lead us to believe they are from Art Nouveau period and English.
