About the Item

This colorful pair of Majolica wall hanging plates was sculpted in France, circa 1920. Perfect for a seaside beach home, these colorful ceramic plates are embellished with seashells and seaweed shaped in high relief. The plates decorated in Palissy style, which has a watery realism to it, are in excellent condition with rich colors. Measures: Diameter 8.5".
