A signed Vernon Howe Bailey Signed lithograph of a building under construction in New York City in the classical style, on heavy weight paper. Vernon Howe Bailey was an American artist. After undertaking art studies, he was a staff member at The Philadelphia Times and the Boston Herald. He also contributed to publications including Scribner's and Harper's.
Some yellowing to edges of paper, brown wooden frame, some chips to frame.
