Antique 19th Century Oil on Board in Elaborate Gilt Frame

About the Item

A charming oil painting on board of a farm house with a scene depicting farm life in the back yard. The very detailed early frame with an oil on board in colorful muted tones. The early frame with aged gilt finish, some minor chipping. The frame with age separation in the mitered corners but recently reinforced and stable. The painting measures 23.5 high, 21.5 wide, 3.75 deep, the painting on board unframed is 12 high, 10.5 wide.
