About Kai Drews:
Drews was educated at the technical school of art and at other private art schools.
He has been exhibited widely in Scandinavia and Europe. Kai Drews was primarily a landscape painter and known for his romantic and traditional landscapes from Zealand and Dyrehaven in Denmark. Drews was highly inspired by the Danish master painter Peter Mo¨nsted and Mo¨nsteds influence is noticeable in Kai Drews art.
Dyrehaven, officially Jægersborg Dyrehave, is a forest park north of Copenhagen. It covers around 11 square kilometers. Dyrehaven is noted for its mixture of huge, ancient oak trees and large populations of red and fallow deer.
