Animated scene - scene of life as a storm approaches on a bay probably in the North Sea in Holland, a fisherman moors his boat, a peasant shelters his goat and a mother returns home with her child, in the distance a mill and the city.
Very good condition, beautiful colors, in a period palmette frame, gilded wood restoration. old restorations, not relined.
