Georges Goursat - 23 November 1863 - 26 November 1934 - was a French caricaturist and portraitist famous during the Belle Époque and Art Deco periods.
This painting greeted visitors to the cellars of the Heidsieck - Dry Monopole champagne company.
A poster, flyers and other promotional matter such as menus were printed with the same design.
