Wonderful poster promoting the "Foire Internationale Bordeaux" or "Bordeaux international Fair". With design depicting the advertised themes of the fair "Commerce, Industry, Agriculture" of a ship, wheat and factories, this poster was designed in 1955.
This beautiful art deco poster features artwork from the great French poster artist Jean Even. Even is best known for several poster designs for Air France throughout the mid-20th century. The poster is in mint condition and backed on museum quality linen to ensure its preservation for the decades to come.
