AToulouse-Lautrec inspired poster for the release of the book "Les bas-Fonds de Paris" by Aristide Bruant. Four volumes which include the famous Nini Casque d’Or, Le Bagne des gosses, Le Bal des Puces and À Belleville.
A man under a porch "illuminates" the streets of Paris with his oil lamp. There are men wearing high-hats and frock-coats and women in feathered hoods and half-cloaks. A couple and a beggar watch as high society wander the streets.
