Original vintage travel poster for France Lorraine Metz Stained Glass Windows Of The Cathedral Jacques Villon / France La Lorraine Metz: Vitraux De La Cathedrale Jacques Villon featuring a colourful image of the modern stained glass window made by the French Cubist and abstract artist Jacques Villon (1875-1963) that was installed in 1957. The stained glass in the gothic Cathedral of Saint Stephen (consecrated 1552) is known as La Lanterne du Bon Dieu / The Good Lord's Lantern (or God's Lantern), created by master glassmakers from the 13th-20th century. Published by and for the French Government. Printed in France. Good condition, restored tears, backed on linen.
