Original vintage Art Deco travel poster issued by the PLM Paris Lyon Mediterranee railway for Evian les Bains The Wonderful Savoy Spa featuring stunning artwork by the French artist Geo (Georges Francois; 1880-1968) depicting a scenic view of the resort town overlooking Lake Geneva with boats sailing on the calm water and the Alps in the distance, people playing golf and sitting on the hill framed by trees in the foreground, and the bold title text and PLM logos against the shade below. Known for its mineral spring water Evian-les-Bains is located in south east France near the Swiss border on Lake Geneva / Lac Leman in the Haute-Savoie department of the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region.
