The dimensions are 26" H x 20" W unframed. Gruau was part of the Modern Fashion movement. Elegance. Refinement. Flair. In the 1940s and 1950s, he created the visual art interpretation to Christian Dior's "New Look” and brought the art of fashion illustration to new "belle epoque.” Using bold, stark lines and vivid colors, Gruau's artworks are Classic and timeless, frequently compared to Toulouse-Lautrec.
