George Nelson's (CSS) Comprehensive Storage System, one of the best designs in wall storage to come out of the 20th Century. The top cabinet has a pull up slide door, the center a shelf and a bottom cabinet which constists of two small drawers and one large file sized drawer. The glides are adjustable to add another 6 inches of height.
