Natural fiber art wall tapestry by Don Freedman, 1983. An exceptional large scale work, crafted of hand woven, jute, silk and cotton with a wooden hanging rod. Complete with copyright tags and import label. Initials "DF" are woven into the tapestry impressed to a pottery disc. Held together by wooden support running the width of the piece, at the top. Soft, muted, subtle tones in buff, hints of soft pink, the lightest blue, tan and washed out ivory. Excellent condition with a little brass ring for display. 35”W x 45”H An Organic Modern piece that fits into Coastal Interiors with ease, amongst natural elements like olive jars with overscaled twigs on display.
