72470 Late 19th Century Antique French Pastoral Tapestry Route de Limoges with Louis XV Style, French Rococo Wall Hanging. The scene depicts a family moving by a horse drawn cart on their way via route de Liomges. Young lovers trailing behind. The hues of brown range from chocolate brown to coyote brown to lighter shades of brown reflecting a fallow color to sand. The shades of blue range from Glaucous blue, blue-grey, smoky blue to light blue. Other colors range from variegated shades of pink and ecru (greyish-pale yellow or a light greyish-yellowish brown) to old gold (yellow color that varies from light olive or olive brown) and hues of olive and artichoke green. Pair this late 19th century French tapestry with an antique Savonnerie rug and a glass chandelier aristocratically hunt from a high ceiling for true opulence.
