Stunning early antique Italian wall mirror with pen-hole connections.

In this frame the evenly spread, deeply carved and striking details in the Renaissance style are breathtaking. The mirror itself has at some point in time been replaced and that new mirror has been aged to look antique as well. Some like that time worn look better than others, but the mirror is easy to replace if you want. The frame you could not replace if you wanted to, because it is of extraordinary quality. Carving images out of wood is one thing, but carving the wood away to leave these marvelous decorations in high relief is almost like wizardry.
