1950s French Wooden Car Door

About the Item

A decoration from 1950s France in solid beech and plywood. The graphic silhouette, reminiscent of the door of a vehicle, evokes the streamlined shapes of the golden age of car design. The open, window-like space creates a natural frame, accentuating the features of the room in which the piece is installed. Smooth blonde wood lends an organic touch to the retro-futuristic design. The piece can be mounted to the wall with the attached metal cleat.
