Morning sunlight covers the dining room table with a warm, amber glow. The flower arrangement of orchids and willow rests prominently on the table, with a brass chandelier hanging over it. Scraping the paint with a palette knife introduces texture and obscurity, adding visual interest to the composition.

About the Artist
Artist Faye Vander Veer seeks out moments with engaging narratives and captures them with an impressionist style.
