A 350sqm duplex apartment refurbishment & Interior Design in Almagro District in Madrid, Spain.

Designed for a 4 member family moving from Munich to Madrid for a change of life, the apartment has on the main level a dramatic hall with a black and white marble floor combined with two original wall lamps from the 60s design of the house and a Kelly Wearstler lamp on top of an Art Deco round table.

We designed a layout where the main living room connects to a bar area with a game room space separated by an old mirrored room divider also rescued from the original house. The kitchen opens to a family dining area, and to a kids room.

On the upper floor 3 bedrooms and an open study / guest room were designed having the master a double bath and a great 30sqm walk in closet for divided for the couple.
