Chelsea Apartment

Neal's apartment is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. It is in an infamous full block building built during the Great Depression called London Terrace. The design was to create a home that reflected Neal's style, while being extremely functional -especially in a small space. The apartment had to be comfortable for personal use, as well as having friends over for a cocktail. Neal describes his home as "being a living laboratory testing out design ideas. From playing with textures, patterns and different furniture mixes, my apartment continues act as ground zero for experimenting."
