Dutch Lake House

This is the first complete "New Build" project that we have undertaken. Whilst we have worked on total renovations, this project was our first opportunity to start from scratch. The clean contemporary features of the architecture are complimented by an exciting variety of textures and colours in the furnishings. A curious collection of Vintage Industrial and Antique Folk Art pieces are incorporated in the interior scheme along with bespoke made sofas by Clarke and Reilly, upholstered in hand dyed antique homespun sack cloth. Graphic antique and vintage pieces are dramatically silhouetted against the horizontal timber cladding. There are antique Waterfowl Decoys and a collection of old sculptural Lighting Devices, a Table Lamp constructed from a vintage Fire Extinguisher, which stands on an untouched original Craftsman's Workbench and "Coffee Tables" constructed from galvanised zinc Water Tanks. It is all robust and functional.
