The space was untouched for 30 years with small rooms and a tired decor, it was redesigned into an open loft that is used to entertain guests and to relax. The deep blue metal kitchen, the walnut wood finishes, and the heavy custom moldings throughout are a nod to the historical qualities of the building’s past. The apartment was furnished with a mix of mid-century modern furniture and unique vintage lighting.
