Located in West London, Maida Vale, this four-story detached townhouse was initially designed by HZI 15 years ago. Once the client’s obtained the flat below, HZI was reenlisted to work with long-standing clients on the extension of their lower ground floor. Keeping in line with the rest of the house, classic contemporary in some parts and minimal modern/contemporary in others, we introduced an array of modernist pieces & strong architectural features.
