Nolita

A new construction 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo in Nolita for a family with two young children. Our goal was to give our clients a home that was modern but with warmth, character and individuality. This we achieved with the addition of decorative millwork (as seen here in the entry) and wall coverings. We also maximized space and storage in both children’s rooms with custom designed built-in furniture.

With their family life and demanding schedules, it was important, too, to give them a home that would work for them- materials were chosen with thought to not only look beautiful, but to stand up to every day use (and with young children, sometimes abuse!).
