Ocean View Master Bedroom

This Master Bedroom has the most amazing expanse of ocean as its view. I wanted to connect the room to its view and by adding a mural to the wall behind the bed.. the room and the view gave to each other ....resulting in the feel and the visual abundance I was after.

I looked at many murals before deciding on this one. It needed to have the right colour tones, buildings, palm trees and the right texture and this delivers all of these.

The room was painted in a Zoffany paint colour called 'Harbour Gray' and the windows have white wooden blinds and off white voile floor length curtains. The bed is from Feather & Black in grey velvet with stud work on the headboard, dressed in Ralph Lauren Bed linen, comforter and shams with Andrew Martin scatter cushions. The bed side tables and chest are Andrew Martin with India Jane lamps & shades. The Howard Style armchair is in black suede...also with a Andrew Martin cushion.
