One Riverfront Park

The job of an interior designer varies with the space, the locale and the vision of the client. For this remodeling project, our goal was to warm up a new condo, which has incredible views of downtown Denver and Union Station, without competing with the scenic vista. We also wanted to maintain a contemporary look but, at the same time, make things comfortable and homey.

Working with the client, I developed the architectural and construction plans, and also managed the contractors. We modified the floor plan to accommodate a new home office/TV room and redesigned the bathroom and kitchen. New flooring, wallpaper and furnishings were added and I designed custom built-ins. The result was a modern, yet serene, interior that highlighted the amazing view and also incorporated the family’s wonderful heirlooms.
