White Street Loft in Tribeca

The top floor of a 1900’s landmark cast-iron building was transformed into a playful and modern home for a young family of four in NYC’s Tribeca neighborhood. This non-traditional family home is a bright, spacious and versatile loft that allows both for intimacy and social interaction. Design highlights include restoring the building’s original skylights, creating three separate bedrooms, adding an arched tunnel that can be closed off to separate the social and private areas, and using colors and patterns that reflect the clients’ young personalities.
