1910s Antique Gold and Enamel Pheasant Brooch
About the Item
An impressive antique Victorian enamel and 15 karat multi-gold brooch in the form of a pheasant; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive Victorian brooch has been crafted in 15k yellow, white and rose gold.
The antique brooch has been realistically modelled in the form of a pheasant.
The pheasant's head is embellished with a red enamel decoration and a textured finish.
The wings and tail feathers of the pheasant are crafted in 15k rose and yellow gold.
The pheasant's neck is ringed with a band of 15k white gold.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
The brooch is hallmarked to the base of the hinged pin fastening with the mark for 15k gold (15CT).
Condition
This antique Victorian pheasant brooch is exceptional quality, set with impressive enamel decoration. The brooch is an exceptional gauge of three colored golds and is in excellent condition, with a clear hallmark to the base of the fastening.
