Antique 1930s 1.26 carat Diamond and Platinum Spray Brooch

A fine and impressive antique 1930s 2.55 carat diamond and 18 karat white gold 'spray' brooch; part of our diverse diamond jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique diamond brooch has been crafted in 18k white gold. The diamond spray brooch displays three feature collet set Old European round cut diamonds; a 0.75ct, a 0.68ct and a 0.53ct. A further five collet set Old European round cut diamonds are set to terminal of the floral stems, among the feature diamonds. The marquise shaped ribbon style setting is embellished with four collet set Old European round cut diamonds. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin fastening. This diamond spray brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold. The brooch is supplied with three independent diamond grading certificates for the feature stones and an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting diamonds. This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum. The brooch has been modelled in the form of a three-dimensional tied ribbon bow. The two platinum settings composing the bow loops are embellished with forty-two pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, in addition to a further six diamonds to the interior. The cut tails of the bow are ornamented with a further forty-three pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, paralleling the flowing nature of the ribbon.
