Beautifully modeled, with a small red nose as a highlight, and a single pearl atop its tail, a large clear stone as its body, the pearl and paste combination make a perfect combination in this depiction of a poodle. A rare and whimsical Schreiner design! Henry Schreiner started the Schreiner Jewellery Company in 1939 and was director until his death in 1954. His daughter and son in law continued with the business until 1977. In the 1950s he made jewellery for Christian Dior.
