An Edwardian pink topaz and diamond brooch-pendant, the cushion-cut pink topaz measuring 13.5 x 9mm and estimated to weigh 7.3 carats, surrounded by a double frame of small old-cut diamonds, an openwork diamond-set wreath boarder of foliate and floral design with four old European-cut diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1 carat each, all within a border set with small old-cut diamonds, the total diamond weight for the brooch is estimated to be 12.5 carats, all diamond millegrain-set in platinum mount with gold pierced gallery and foldable pendant loop, with detachable gold brooch fitting, circa 1900, measuring 4.7 x 4cm, gross weight 22.5 grams. This antique brooch/pendant is in very good condition for its age. Unmarked, tested as platinum and 15ct gold.
