Gregorian c.1915 European Cut Diamond Platinum Foliate Filigree Bar Pin Pendant

About the Item

Antique Gregorian c.1915 platinum diamond bar pin pendant. Features three Old European cut diamonds at center of pin. Diamond in center is estimated to be approximately .50 ct, graded as G/SI2. Two diamonds on either side of center diamond are estimated to be approximately .34 carat, graded as G/H color with SI2 and SI1 in clarity. Pin has an open foliate filigree design with fine beaded edge work. Eight Old European cut bezel set diamonds are set in foliate pattern with an approximate estimated total weight of .40 ct. Thirty-two Old European cut and Mine cut diamonds are bead set throughout the open filigree foliate design, estimated an approximate .70 ct total weight, with average color and clarity as H, SI2-I1. Total weight of pin is approximately 8.2 dwt (diamonds included). One end of pin is hinged to wear as a pendant on a chain. Pin measures approximately 62 mm length x 18 mm width, as pendant measures approximately 72 mm length x 18 mm width. Fastens with a hinged safety C clasp.
