About the Item

An extremely beautiful Victorian diamond bow brooch set in silver on gold. This spectacular piece has been expertly crafted and is designed so when worn it gives off a three-dimensional look with the ribbon falling. The bow is set with exactly 145 old European cut diamonds; all of which are set in open back settings so that the light can pass through allowing the brooch to sparkle to its full potential. The piece is secured to reverse with a hinged pin and roller clasp for extra security. It measured approximately 6.3 x 4.2 centimetres. There is an estimated 8.58 carats of old European cut diamonds which are estimated at J-K in colour with VS-SI clarity.
