French 1930s Art Deco Vermeil Cufflinks

Pair of silver and vermeil cufflinks, mixed hallmark of eagle and boar's heads. The central stem, of square section, is decorated with a black sugarloaf stone at each end on one of the cufflinks, and a blue stone for the other. The stones representing the night for the first and the day for the second. They are each capped with an openwork pivoting trapezoid to close the cuff. Rod length: 22 mm, width: 3.3 mm, width of the base of the trapezoid: 13.3 mm, width of the top of the trapezoid: 7 mm, thickness: about 15 mm. Total weight of the jewel: approximately 6.3 g.
