About the Item
Now this pair of earrings has a bit of a story. They were bought from the family of a lady who absolutely loved her jewelry. We purchased some very large diamonds as well as designer pieces that are going to auction as well. What we were told was, at one point these earrings were centered by identical natural stones but were removed to make rings for both of her daughters. Apparently the jewelry house that was commissioned to do this job was robbed and the stones were never seen again. How incredibly special those stones must have been; such a tragedy.

These impressively stunning earrings are done in 18K yellow gold and set with approximately 5.50cttw in in beautifully matched G-I color Vs1-2 clarity round diamonds. The setting is extraordinary and the finishing is just superb from front to back. Centering the earrings are approximately 10cttw (5ct each) in flame fusion SYNTHETIC oval cut rubies. The color is ideal and we assure you that no one can tell the difference; even we put them under the microscope just to make sure. If you don’t tell, neither will we.

Earrings measure 1.25” by 1” and weigh 25.7g.
Condition:
All stones are secure and in perfectly wearable condition. Purity stamps and makers marks are unknown but present and legible.
