Dangle Earrings in Gold with Rough Aquamarines and Pave Diamonds
About the Item
The award winning Ceres Earrings from the Orbit collection in 14k yellow gold, with hammer- cut aquamarines and 35 tiny pave diamonds on each spiral (70 per earring) that surrounds the aquamarine. The earrings hang approximately 2". The double spiral is about 1" tall by 3/4 wide. And because of the way it is made, the spirals move independently of each other, creating a new earring depending on what the wearer is doing. These are lightweight and elegant - a serious showstopper. And totally fun to wear.
But because you might prefer a different color stone - though they will take longer because they will be made for you, they can be made with different metals (unfortunately no silver), different gemstones in the middle and instead of pave, they can be made with flush set diamonds, allowing for larger stones and fewer of them.
In the photos - you can see the Ceres earrings in yellow, rose and white gold. In the different earrings, aquamarine, pink tourmalines and spessartite garnets have each been used as the center stone. There is one pair with sapphire pave and another that modifies the design into a post earring with a cinnamon zircon. Zircon, in case you have not heard of the stone, is a NATURAL stone that has a great deal of sparkle. It is NOT a CZ.
These earrings are hand made and take time, if you are interested in a special order. And they will be priced based on your requests for specific metals, gemstones and whether you choose pave or flush set diamonds on the spirals.

Martha Seely
Martha Seely Design is a small design studio that creates one-of-a-kind and custom crafted fine production jewelry. The jewelry lines from Martha Seely reflect a personal vision and a clean, modern perspective. Her studio offers seven collections, each representing the incredible universe in which we live. Before becoming a jewelry designer, Martha spent many years as a costume designer and wardrobe stylist for theater, film, and television. She earned her MFA in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University. After years of creating clothes for commercials, television shows, and independent movies, she wanted to express herself, designing for no other reason than to create something beautiful to wear. She turned her talents to accessories, something more intimate than outerwear. This time, her unique designs are from the heart.
