Elongated Oval Sheet XL Dangle Drop Earrings hand-fabricated by acclaimed jewelry maker Petra Class featuring intricately-finished extra large elongated oval 22k yellow gold sheets dangling from free-form 22k yellow gold studs finished with the artist's signature "lava" texture. The pair is accented with handmade 18k yellow gold jump rings and finished on 18k yellow gold posts with 18k backs.
About the Maker - Petra Class acquired her jewelry training in Germany. She spent several years creating tableware, and her approach to her craft is strongly influenced by the European tradition of applied art. Petra’s jewelry is infinitely wearable, communicating her own sensibilities and a contemporary aesthetic. Petra's work reflects definite themes: the rhythmical arrangements of multiple elements; repetition of similar forms or colors; the unexpected contrasts of differently textured materials.
