Sterling Silver, Australian Opal & Diamond Shooting Star Earrings
About the Item
The Antares Earrings, part of the Shooting Stars collection were designed to bring you luck, and also playfully coordinate with other designs within the Antares collection. This pair was designed with a dangling star (set with a tiny diamond) at the bottom that will dance as you do. (I adore jewelry that moves.)
The earrings are made in sterling Silver with both polished and satin finishes. The post is 14kw. Each earring has a 7mm Australian opal, 11 - 1.3mm white diamonds; and 30 -0.9mm blue diamonds. All the stones are hand set. The earring was designed with these specific stones to represent the icy rock-asteroids that zoom through the sky - before they catch fire.
But you may want a different color of stones - and this design can be customized with whatever stones you would like! Or it can have the tiny bottom star removed. Please inquire. It will change the turn around time and the price. But the earrings will be unique to you. One of a kind!!! You can see some of the other gemstone options by referring to the pendants posted in my listings. The sky is the limit when it comes to gemstones. Just ask!

Martha Seely Design is a small design studio that creates one-of-a-kind and custom crafted fine production jewelry. The jewelry lines from Martha Seely reflect a personal vision and a clean, modern perspective. Her studio offers seven collections, each representing the incredible universe in which we live. The jewelry is designed in the USA and artisan-made, using some of the world’s most beautiful jewels and pearls. The manufacturing is ethical, the metals recycled and stones conflict-free. Before becoming a jewelry designer, Martha spent many years as a costume designer and wardrobe stylist for theater, film, and television. She earned her MFA in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University. After years of creating clothes for commercials, television shows, and independent movies, she wanted to express herself, designing for no other reason than to create something beautiful to wear. She turned her talents to accessories, something more intimate than outerwear. This time, her unique designs are from the heart. This time, her unique designs were from the heart, not just for a commercial project. Her work uses the oldest traditions of jewelry-making combined with the newest technologies (computer-aided design) to create her line of chic, sophisticated and wearable jewelry. Since 2012 her jewelry has won national acclaim; has been sold in retail shops and galleries across the country and internationally; and at wholesale shows and special events. Now available to you.
The earrings can have either diamonds and/or opals made in different gemstones.
