About the Item
The Interchangeable Earring Ensembles are the foundation of the Lyra Collection. Lightweight and playful, this ensemble consists of the huggie earring and three hoop elements. The huggies and 3 hoops fit together as a unit or can be separated to create 8 different pair of earrings. The huggies have a spring mechanism that allows you to easily put the hoops together in whatever way you would like them and keep them safe - until you want them to be different.
This ensemble gives you 8 different ways of wearing the earrings but you can also add your own charms or drops to create even more earrings. These could be the perfect earrings to take when you travel or for a special weekend. All you need are these and you can go everywhere from play, to work, to dinner to an elegant event.
These earrings could be a lovely wedding earring or for a business trip where there are multiple days and multiple occasions. This single pair of earrings will work overtime to make you look and feel great.
Start with the huggies alone. They are great as an everyday earring. Add the small hoop for a day at the office or at home work.
The large hoop is cool and hip - and can be worn alone or you can add either of the smaller hoops. For a change of pace - wear the small hoop and the middle hoop together or the large hoop and the middle hoop.
Wear all 3 together to feel powerful and beautiful.
The largest hoop is 52.5mm x 22mm OD. and the huggie is 12 mm tall.

Martha Seely Design is a small design studio that creates one-of-a-kind and custom crafted fine production jewelry. The jewelry lines from Martha Seely reflect a personal vision and a clean, modern perspective. Her studio offers seven collections, each representing the incredible universe in which we live. The jewelry is designed in the USA and artisan-made, using some of the world’s most beautiful jewels and pearls. The manufacturing is ethical, the metals recycled and stones conflict-free. Before becoming a jewelry designer, Martha spent many years as a costume designer and wardrobe stylist for theater, film, and television. She earned her MFA in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University. After years of creating clothes for commercials, television shows, and independent movies, she wanted to express herself, designing for no other reason than to create something beautiful to wear. She turned her talents to accessories, something more intimate than outerwear. This time, her unique designs are from the heart. This time, her unique designs were from the heart, not just for a commercial project. Her work uses the oldest traditions of jewelry-making combined with the newest technologies (computer-aided design) to create her line of chic, sophisticated and wearable jewelry.
