About the Item
Like many of Wendy's designs, these curved wolf-fang earrings were inspired by a notable woman of history -- in this case, Isabella, the queen consort of Edward II in 14th century England. Edward was a poor ruler, leading Isabella and her lover to overthrow him and place her son on the throne. Accordingly, Isabella became known to the English as "the She-Wolf of France."
18K yellow gold with satin finish.

Wendy started out as a business journalist at the Wall Street Journal and CNN, later switching to pop-culture coverage during her tenure as managing editor of People magazine’s website.
