About the Item

A stunning pair of antique 1920s 2.00 carat diamond and contemporary platinum stud earrings; part of our diverse diamond jewelry and estate jewelry collections These stunning, fine and impressive diamond stud earrings have been crafted in platinum. The contemporary platinum four claw settings each display an antique (circa 1920) 1.00Ct transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond. The earrings secure to the reverse with a post and butterfly style fastening, the posts hallmarked with the maker's mark (PMC), the platinum fineness mark 950 and the Sheffield Assay Office hallmark (rose). These platinum and diamond stud earrings are supplied with two independent diamond grading certificates. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition These impressive stud earrings are set with very well color matched old cut diamonds, displaying a fine white color, brilliance and presence. The earrings are a very good gauge of platinum, fine quality and are in excellent condition, the contemporary setting struck with clear hallmarks to the posts. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of diamond jewellery/estate jewelry.
